5 out of 5 stars Working out during and after pregnancy.   May 28, 2010
Tammy Roby
GREAT Video! I used this video during and after both pregnancies. It is older, but still great if you like aerobics. The pregnancy portion has aerobics and a toning section. The post-pregnancy focuses on abs, legs and buns toning.

5 out of 5 stars Ideal for pregnant women   February 10, 2010

Kept my energy up while I was pregnant! I love Maddy, she's so motivational and positive!

3 out of 5 stars Kathy Smith should sue   January 9, 2010

The choreography and work out in this DVD is eerily similar to the Kathy Smith pregnancy workout DVD, at least in the prenatal section. I have both DVDs and that was not the best use of my money. the workout is ok, at least some cardio, but the cuing is prety fast paced and some of the arm movements seem needlessly complicated and off-beat.

4 out of 5 stars A good partner for breaking some sweat   August 19, 2009
Eco Friend (CA, USA)
I bought this DVD because I wanted to avoid gym during the flu breakout and still wanted to get some exercise. Another reason was to get some pregnancy specific workout rather than generic cardio exercise. I have been working out along with it for 2 weeks now and am pretty happy with it.
I have always been a little slow on picking up coordinated moves, so if I can do it I guess anybody can do it.
The only reason I have given 4 stars and not 5 is that I have never worked out with a DVD before, so I don't have a reference to compare this one with. But as far as getting a little exercise and having fun goes - I'm pretty happy with this one. About how much it will help in the labor and post natal fitness, I'll have to come back later and edit this review after I deliver.

5 out of 5 stars Great low-impact workout   March 27, 2009

This is so much better than more recent aerobics and toning prenatal workouts. Great instructor, great moves and fun to do. Highly recommended.
